In this workshop, you will have a rare chance to see the world through the lenses of the outcasted, the discriminated, and the lonely.
You will join the journey of a gay boy growing up in a toxic environment, with a dream to belong. This lecture was designed to empower diversity, equity, and inclusion activities in corporations, organizations, and other spaces that wish to be more inclusive.
The lecture is followed by a discussion and simulations of different situations in which we can make a difference. At the end of the workshop, you will be given important tips to encourage a more inclusive culture.
