ABOUT

Perry grew up in the corporate world, spending nearly 30 years as a software engineer and leader in the high-tech industry.


His professional journey began with his military service in Mamram and Unit 8200, and continued through roles at leading companies such as Amdocs, Mercury (HP), and F5 - before founding his own business dedicated to social impact, diversity, and inclusion.

Throughout his corporate career, Perry gained a deep understanding of organizational culture and the human challenges within it. This awareness led him to transition from R&D to HR, where he managed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) projects and pursued academic studies in the field.

Today, as a Social Impact Coach, Perry works with both organizations and individuals to create meaningful change.

He helps companies build inclusive cultures and strengthen belonging through lectures, workshops, and coaching-based programs, and he also supports people from underrepresented and marginalized communities on their personal journeys of empowerment and self-acceptance.

In addition, Perry collaborates with NGOs, schools, and the Israeli Ministry of Education to promote empathy, tolerance, and social cohesion among young people and educators.


He combines coaching methodologies, storytelling, and real-life experience to help people and organizations alike turn values into action.

Perry brings with him a unique blend of professional expertise, human connection, and - most importantly - heart and spirit.
