Perry grew up in the corporate world as a software engineer and spent his entire career there for almost 30 years. Beginning with his military training in Mamram, and service in Unit 8200, through working as an engineer in leading corporations in the hi-tech industry such as Amdocs, Mercury (HP), and F5, and finally as the CEO of his own firm for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
While working in the corporate world, Perry has learned a lot about the challenges, and about the importance of the organization's DNA and culture, and eventually moved from R&D to HR.
During his role as DEI project manager,
Perry took an active part in the implementation of DEI processes in the company and was busy with academic training in this subject.

Today Perry helps organizations successfully implement DEI policy and procedures using various models and tools from the Coaching world and other disciplines. Perry brings with him a lot of knowledge, experience, and most importantly - spirit.
