Well, Fuckup Nights is a global movement born in Mexico in 2012 to share publicly business failure stories.
So what that has got to do with Coaching?
Well, a lot! One of the main approaches of Coaching is called Excellence.
And it means that in order to be more successful in achieving our goals, we should allow ourselves to make mistakes, as long as we learn from them.
"In the event of failure" is an event we host in cooperation with the organization's management, to show the employees that mistakes are not "the end of the road". Quite the contrary.
